Our 2 mL polypropylene vials (in outer size) and asscoiated screw caps, crimp caps or even snap caps are the perfect fit for HPLC and GC instrument platforms across a wide variety of applications, including pharmaceutical, environmental, energy and fuels, forensics, materials science, biopharmaceutical, proteomics, and metabolomics.
Vial inserts are used to reduce the capacity of the vial to accommodate smaller samples. Typically 150 to 400µL in volume, they may be made of glass, plastic, or a combination of materials. Closure options include those with and without septa, snap caps, screw caps, and crimp top caps.
SureStop vials are designed for use with AVCS system screw caps. They improve transfer reliability and give a more secure liquid seal than standard screw vials. SureStop vials are available as a 2 mL as either clear or amber options and are highly recommended for use with GC and LC applications.
Aijiren's autosampler vials are available as either snap, screw or crimp in style.
